PeopleWay Consulting Private Limited is a management consulting company incorporated in New Delhi, India. It was founded with the belief that there is a better way to develop people, create value for organizations, and manage life in the workplace. Simple.

Leadership Team
Vishakha J. Miranda
Director, Organizational Development
An Organizational Psychologist and OD Consultant, she has over 8 years of expertise in learning management and program evaluation, leadership development, organization development, data driven business process change and improvement, human resources and organizational behavior. She is a certified Leadership Assessment and Development Practitioner by the Center of Creative Leadership. She is also a certified Wiley DiSC® Trainer and utilizes the psychometric DiSC® assessment model to help individuals and leaders improve productivity, teamwork, and communication within organizations.

Vishakha graduated from Claremont Graduate University - The Claremont Colleges, California in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology (Honors) from University of Delhi, India in 2014. Having closely worked with small, medium-sized and large businesses in the retail, IT, legal and leadership consulting industry, she’s been involved in multiple projects with the goal to create value in the workplace by understanding organizational needs, enhancing business processes, and building effective employee development solutions.
She is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) - Sigma Alpha Pi Honor Society, USA and CCL Connect. In her free time, Vishakha likes to paint, read, binge-watch TV shows, and co-run a YouTube cooking channel with her husband.
Vidhu Shekhar, Ph.D.
Director, Business Excellence and Strategic Management
A Business Excellence and Management Consultant with over 32 years of experience including 17+ years in Corporate and 15+ years in Academia. He is a certified Lead Assessor for ISO-9001 by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) since 1992. He has worked in the corporate sector in various leadership, consulting & training positions with expertise in corporate strategy, business ethics, operations and strategic management with multinational corporations, Global 500 and Fortune 500 companies. Vidhu earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Business Excellence and Strategy Implementation from Mangalore University, India in 2006. He graduated from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA in 1986 with a dual Master’s degree in Industrial and Packaging Engineering with a specialization in Production and Management. He did his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) - Srinagar, India.
He has also held Senior Professor positions in Strategic & Operations Management at various business schools in India and abroad. Vidhu has served as a guide to Ph.D. research scholars as well as an external expert for Ph.D. thesis evaluations for several universities in India. He has published over 40 research papers in National and International, Refereed, Peer-reviewed Journals, International Conference/National Conference Proceedings, Book Chapters, Book reviews and Compiled a Book on Business Ethics and Corporate Governance with McGraw-Hill Publications.
He is a Life Member of National HRD Network of India, International Academy of Business Economics (IABE), California, USA, Sri Aurobindo Society, Pondicherry, India, and the Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST). In his free time, Vidhu enjoys watching sports, reading, and spending time with family.
